Covington Mobile Notary

From Caregiver To Commissioned
This all started with my dad. When his health declined, I stepped in as his caregiver—and quickly found myself drowning in paperwork: Medicaid forms, powers of attorney, banking documents. Every document signing felt like an uphill battle, especially with his limited mobility.I became a notary to make that process easier for families like mine. Now, I offer mobile notary services that are flexible, dependable, and grounded in compassion—because I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the signature.

What clients are saying
"I was on my way to get a document notarized when I happened to pass Dania’s mobile notary car—and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly kind, professional, and made the entire process feel effortless. What really stood out was her warmth and the heart behind her business. She shared that she became a notary after helping her own father with a stack of documents and realizing how difficult that process can be for families. Now, she’s on a mission to make it easier for others—and it shows. Her compassion, attention to detail, and calm, friendly presence made this such a memorable experience. I’ve already shared her cards at my business and will absolutely be calling her again. Highly recommend!"- HEATHER
